Devices for AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon were sold out within 13 minutes of pre-order availability with a 2-3 week shipping estimate for each model. 

Sprint had all models available for a November 3rd delivery date until 23 minutes into pre-orders when the Silver 64GB slipped, followed by the Space Gray 64GB model at 28 minutes. Sprint didn't sell out of all models until 30 minutes after pre-orders had gone live.

For those in Canada and China the iPhone X is also showing a 2-3 week shipping estimate for all models.

UPDATE:

At 35 minutes into pre-orders, shipping estimates for all models and all carriers is now at 4-5 and 5-6 weeks!
