 If you updated your iDevice through OTA and you failed to jailbreak iDevice, you’re suggested to upgrade it to iOS 7.1.1 using iTunes, because Apple has stopped the signing of iOS 7.1.1 and below.

Q2: iDevices show white apple logo on Screen due to the incompatible tweaks or iDevice restart automatically?

You’d better backup your iDevice first before you install tweaks on it. Some incompatible tweaks may damage your iDevice, if you meet such a problem, please press Power button & Home button for 10 seconds to turn off iDevice. Restart iDevice, press volume button + and Power button simultaneously to enter Safe Mode. Run Cydia, delete the incompatible tweaks.

Q3: iDevice can’t be recognized by PC or jailbreak tool?

* Restart jailbreak tool and connect your iDevice to it using the USB port behind.

* If iDevice is connected, but can’t be recognized by 3uTools, please change another PC running on Window 7 system.

Q4: Successfully jailbreak iDevice using 3uTools but it reminds storage almost full? 

It’s easy to handle, you need to run Cydia. It takes a long time to load Cydia for the first time, so you need to wait patiently.

Q5: Fail to jailbreak?

* Check if you’ve turned off the power on lock before jailbreak.

* Please turn off all the Apple devices and iTunes related softwares and tasks while using 3uTools.

* Restart iDevice or change another PC, and then jailbreak again.

Q6: iDevice is stuck in jailbreak process?

Please restart 3uTools & iDevice and jailbreak again.

Q7: Cydia show unknown errors while loading data?

This problem is probably caused by the bad network, please find a place with stable network and try again.

Q8: Cydia give you a remind to download ERICA UTILITES?

Please find ERICA UTILITES in Cydia -> click Install. When error shows, click Change -> Clean.

Q9: Cydia became small after jailbreak, you can’t choose the identity?

* Check if you used the latest jailbreak tool to jailbreak iDevice. If not, update it to the latest version.

* make sure you used the latest jailbreak tool, Press Power button & Home button for 10 seconds to turn off iDevice. Restart iDevice, press volume button + and Power button simultaneously to enter Safe Mode. Run Cydia, Cydia will back to the original size.

Q10: Jailbreak tweaks didn’t work after installing?

* make sure tweaks are compatible with iOS 7 system.

* Install the genuine jailbreak tweaks.

* Run Cydia and reinstall Cydia Substrate on iDevice.
